Antique Wooden Chinese Solid Rosewood Cabinet in ARMADALE, Victoria for sale
Measurements length 56,width 56 cm ,height 56cm.
This piece was brought back by the previous owners from china in the mid century, I'm guessing by construction and styling that it was produced between 1930 and 1960, but I am leaning closer to 1900 era.
This is a simple yet elegant piece.
This cabinet is in as found condition, we gave it a wipe down to see the grain better and that was it...Shows some general wear/handling marks . The finish looks original, I m not sure that the brass door handles. The back panel is finished the same as the sides...presumably so it can be attractive even in the middle of a room or area instead of up against a wall.
